Complete and honest sharing of information is essential for mediation to be successful. Parties are required to fully disclose all financial information and to update all information as necessary.
A notarized and signed Financial Affidavit as well as other documentation to verify financial information will be expected from each party. Failure to bring such documentation or disclose appropriate information may be considered evidence of “bad faith” and may constitute grounds for nullifying any agreement.
When the mediation session is scheduled, the Center will send additional information on what to bring and issues to prepare to discuss.
